By now you might be wondering how this workshop actually helps you to gain more confidence, how it works and why is it so different to everything else you have seen. Well below we explain the four pillars of confidence that we all need to be relaxed in social situations.

Over the two days we will be addressing four main areas that are set out below. The format of this workshop is a small  informal relaxed group with lots of practical exercises to explain and develop new beliefs, skills and responses, within you.
